1. Who provides the service
Harbor is the hosting service offered by the operator identified below, not a representation that a corporation or LLC exists. These terms apply to paid hosting when published and expressly accepted at checkout. The service is intended for US customers who are at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep account credentials secure and give accurate billing information.
2. What you are buying
Harbor provides hosted app containers, deployment tooling, and access through an instance address. Starter includes up to one app instance for $9 USD per month; Duo includes up to two for $16 USD per month. One instance runs one supported app. Resource allocations follow the app template and are not unlimited or dedicated hardware. We do not provide media, content licenses, debrid subscriptions, indexer access, or third-party API credits.
3. Recurring billing and cancellation
The selected monthly price and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. By separately agreeing at checkout, you authorize the initial charge and automatic monthly renewals until canceled. There is no free trial or annual plan. Use Workspace → Billing → Manage billing to cancel renewal through Stripe before the next renewal, or contact support if that is unavailable. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, not an immediate deletion request. See the refund and cancellation policy.
A failed or ended subscription may prevent new deployments. Billing events do not automatically delete or suspend existing containers. Continued operation beyond the paid period is not an entitlement to indefinite free hosting; contact support to arrange continued service or data export. Any operator action on existing containers is handled separately with notice where practicable.
4. Your apps and content
You retain your rights in your data and permit the operator to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for app configuration, your third-party accounts, and having the rights to access, store, and distribute content. Follow the acceptable-use policy. Piracy, infringement, unlawful content, and circumvention of access controls are not permitted. Hosting software that can connect to external sources does not grant rights to those sources.
5. Independent third parties
AIOStreams, AIOMetadata, Stripe, and other services are independent providers with their own terms and privacy practices. Harbor is not endorsed by or affiliated with the hosted projects merely because it hosts them. External API changes, outages, account restrictions, or subscription fees are outside this hosting offer.
Hosted software remains subject to its applicable open-source licenses. These hosting terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant, including rights to source code, modification, or redistribution. Hosting charges are for the service, not ownership of upstream projects.
6. Availability, support, and backups
Maintenance, faults, security incidents, and third-party failures can interrupt access. No uptime SLA, service credit schedule, guaranteed response time, or data recovery guarantee is offered. Keep independent backups and do not use Harbor for emergency, safety-critical, or regulated sensitive-data workloads. Contact the support address below for account, billing, and service problems.
7. Misuse and ending service
The operator may restrict or terminate service reasonably needed to address material violations, security threats, unlawful activity, or legal obligations. Where practicable, the operator will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it or retrieve lawful data; urgent threats or legal restrictions may prevent advance notice. You can cancel recurring billing as described above. Termination does not remove refund or other rights required by law.
8. Disclaimers and limits, subject to law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No security measure or policy eliminates every risk.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, and aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the hosting fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Changes and disputes
Material changes to pricing or these terms will be communicated before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel before a new charge. The accepted terms version is recorded at checkout. Contact support first if you wish to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a condition that removes your legal remedies. These terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, an invented exclusive forum, or a waiver of mandatory consumer protections. Applicable federal and state law controls. Nothing here prevents a lawsuit or guarantees an outcome.
10. Privacy
The privacy notice describes data handling, and the cookie notice describes essential browser storage.
