Use only what you have rights to use
You must have authorization for the content, accounts, credentials, and external services you access. Do not use Harbor to obtain, reproduce, link to, or distribute infringing media or other unlawful content. No piracy, unauthorized account sharing, bypassing paywalls or technical access controls, or facilitating infringement is permitted. An app’s technical capability is not permission to use it unlawfully.
Protect the platform and other people
- No malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, spam, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful material.
- No scanning, denial-of-service attacks, intrusion attempts, or access to other tenants or management systems without express authorization.
- No cryptocurrency mining, botnets, unsolicited bulk traffic, or resource abuse that interferes with other users.
- Do not expose administrator passwords, resell access outside an agreed arrangement, evade account restrictions, or disable security controls.
- Follow the hosted app’s license and the terms of connected providers; do not misuse third-party keys or accounts.
Reports and enforcement
Report abuse or suspected infringement to the support address below. Include the affected Harbor URL, the nature of the issue, supporting information, and a way to contact you. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data. The support address is an abuse contact, not a representation that a statutory copyright agent has been registered.
The operator may investigate and restrict access as reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Where practicable, notice and an opportunity to resolve the problem will be provided; urgent risks or legal restrictions may require action without advance notice. Contact support to explain an error or request review. Enforcement is not a guarantee that every misuse is detected or that Harbor qualifies for any particular legal safe harbor.
